1. Skin irritation or allergic reaction

We offer earrings in S925 silver, copper, and stainless steel.

• Our earrings are mainly crafted with S925 silver, copper and are generally considered hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive ears. Most customers can wear them comfortably for extended periods.

• However, skin sensitivity can vary. In rare cases, some individuals may react to copper or certain metal alloys.

If you notice any irritation or allergic symptoms after wearing our earrings, please inform us as soon as possible so we can assist you accordingly.

 

2. Earring parts coming loose or detaching (under normal wear)

While uncommon, there may be rare instances where a manufacturing defect is missed during quality checks.

If any part of your earrings comes loose or falls apart without excessive force, please contact us. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

 

3. Missing stones or gemstones upon arrival

In rare cases, an earring may arrive with missing diamonds or gemstones due to an overlooked defect.

If this happens, simply reach out to us and we will send you a replacement free of charge.
